Remember Deba's dad doesn't support her, Deba's mom doesn't work and now her sister also lives in Mumbai. So all 3 people's expenses is on her .. To fulfil her dreams the way she wanted it, first she has to survive so projects like these are needed to pay bills.
Remember KV did so many stupid projects as he also have to take care of his family, end of the day they have to pay for their own bills, for us who are not in their shoes its easy for us to say like she is wasting her singing talent or doing shows which are not her caliber etc, but think positively may be they are changing story to match the national TV audience, as for regional TV's somethings work which may not work for national TV.
she just started her career, didn't work in big production houses to have solid contacts, first she has to survive then build contacts then venture into other things .. I am sure she didn't showcased all her talent in SM as she is waiting for right opportunity and platform to portray them
I think its wrong to draw conclusions nd comment on someone's family without knowing anything
Her father didnt support her career choices initially like she said, as most parents not associated with this industry would do as its very unstable nd parents always want their children to be comfortable .... doesn't imply her father doesnt support her now even financially or otherwise
