These ratings are different...Ormax takes multiple things into account...like I said number 1 is Tarak Mehta and number 3 is Kapil. Also who even watches Kumkum Bhagya now? And what's that number 4 show?

Ormax is a survey by channels and PHs to gain a larger understanding of their shows. I know of this because KJO was talking about Ormax when Shershaah released because it wasn't easy to gain an understanding of how the movie was received otherwise.
