I'm very confused as to why there's so much dislike for Anisha..

She's Abhi's sister, obviously the bond there will be very deep. And since she's estranged from the family and only connected with Abhi, it makes much more sense for her to be so attached to him..

Plus, she's just been introduced, I wanna see how they develop her character before jumping to conclusions...

They seem to show that Akshu might get a teeny tiny bit jealous, but finally I think they'll show that Akshu knows all along that no one can take her place and that she believes him... But seeing her jealous will be cute and it's healthy too for the relationship!

They're just trying to create suspense with this new entry. That's what I think.
