You said it right....it is money making at end....it is very difficult to be a part of show now....even popular stars are suffering from it and even if they get a show it must be a trp gainer otherwise it will be axed...even HC joined his recent show for money....his bankbalance was not in a good condition....the reason NB want to run the show is his paycheque...it is our entertainment but their livelihood.. For ayesha also same applies....in a way she gets more as her days of shoot is more compared to others....so in such a condition no one will sit at home and take rest....and since she is young more opportunities are there so she will try her level best to impress the audience and also make her place in audience...and once in a while actors get a show they can't work daily....sometimes may be after years....so they try to gain money as much as possible for secure future

I didn't mean to hurt anyone ....or their favourites...but I think this is the reality

And there's nothing wrong with it if they want to participate in multiple shows at a time. Afterall this industry thrives on looks and youth. Very few actors are able to sustain themselves after they cross a certain age limit.

The problem why all of us are so worked up is because we expect better from them and precisely because they have given us those expectations in few scenes/episodes earlier. This is how we got attached to the show. And now when the show suffers due to various reasons, as a viewer and as a person who is spending time and money on them, it feels like being cheated.

Yes everyone can make money by doing the bare minimum. Thats fine. But theres also nothing wrong in expecting quality, commitment and more than just the bare minimum from a show we are so invested in. If everyone starts thinking ki their job isnt "important" so kuch bhi chalta hai toh quality improve kaise hoga. The point is not that they have XYZ happening in their personal life or 2 other shows, ads, webseries, photoshoots....the point is to do justice to every project. In every walk of life, our employer/customer/etc - no one cares what happens in our personal life or what else we do/not as long as our productivity and quality doesn't suffer.

But thats the thing, only we find wrong with the quality they deliver. Like almost every day for past 1-2 months we all have collectively complained about the acting, direction, editing etc but it looks like we are talking to wall.

When there are 1000s of better quality shows available, if they are making us watch the show and talk about it all day then it means they are doing something right. If quality concerned us that much, we would have stopped watching it, but I am probably one of the person who watches the show almost everyday despite complaining despite knowing the KD story.

Neither TRP audience nor actors nor PH nor SP have the same opinion.

Agree with you. We are constantly disappointed because we have higher expectations from them.

We have seen amazing performance of Neil in the beginning of the show and now when we see the difference in his acting, we can easily point it. But since Virat character is being hated for his behavior in the current track, our feedback is not taken seriously. They think that we are projecting the feelings of character on to actor which is not the case as most of us very clearly separate both.

I watch the show only for Ayesha now n i have shifted to better shows too. In the past i watched the show and scenes multiple times and now I only fast-forward and watch a 20 min episode in 10 mins. Apart from Ayesha, the other reason to watch is that its a habit. And habits die hard. And the reason i complain is because we have seen better from them before n we want better.

Same thing, started the show during lockdown having nothing else to do. I feel like I pretty much watch almost all top SP shows, but ghum is the only forum i am on coz people are fun.

I cant wait for offices to open so that I can get rid of the ITV habit.

I have tried to explain many times that there is no point lament on Neil's unprofessional conduct.. If channel and ph have no say then we can't do anything..

We can write page after page and fill our time line venting our anger on someone but unfortunately it will have zilch impact on those people .. In the end we are infusing toouch negativity and wasting our times...thsts why I was against that apology trend..

I agree with you fellows. .Neil is just trying to be secure financially and it's quite fair enough.. So he is using all the opportunities that coming in his way... On that contrary if we don't like his conduct we simply should just ignore him.. Saw few fans are tagging asjad tweeting about Neil's offscreen conduct and acting which looks quite silly ..

It's hard to sustain in the television industry.. Especially for women.. Mostly because they are more exposed..So chances are less for Ayesha than Neil.. Ayesha doesn't dwell on negativity to grab attention that's another thing.. She is trying her level best only based on her merits.. She is also grabbing all the opportunities whatever coming on her ways..Those who like Ayesha can focus on her only.. This girl is so passionate about her craft and now channel , ph every one is noticing that..

Agree end of the day it's only entertainment for us but it's the bread and butter for the people behind the camera.
