Yes! Monami isn't someone with a lot of ego (abhi tak). She can admit her mistakes. Ep 2 mein she goes to apologize. Organ trafficking se pehle, she wanted to apologize for calling Karan a cheater. She admitted in front of everyone and took a stand for Karan. When Karan yelled at her for bhagoing Koel, toh bhi wo gussa nahi hui, admit kara and yeh bola ki aage kya karna hai wo sochte hain.

Shayad, initially Karan would be mad ki usne uski baat nahi suni, par Monami would be a little down (kind of like in the tent during picnic track) and would blame herself for being a bad judge, and Karan would comfort her, trying to understand her point of view, toh... understanding waala track fits.
