Because according to kandyaland, she met the new boss previous day as it was IVF/Embryo kaand (which took up 14 episodes), she also left work early that day to go to the hospital to see BhabiMa and then we are in the next day. so she technically went to work for 2 days and 2 days of training earlier out of which, Dev was following her one day and was almost got beaten up.

So what kind of project did Rishita finish in 2 days of her working in the new company that impressed her boss that he texted her to let her know during dinner time?
