I too thought over that too much and saw the episodes back to back couldn't connect anything. Only thing I did was because of raita mata's confusion I fell asleep.

from initial episodes we thought he is adopted. Even today when Harsh told you are orphan he just kept quiet. So Arohi will get that no 2 and another thing on her head next if she marries Neil..orphans wife status she can never get Birlas bahu tag with Neil. I think both wedding might get fixed at a time. As I said previously.

My only thinking now is neil is the illegitimate kid which not even harsh know. Maybe the kid part is to confuse us.

Aarohi might get to know about it during wedding might hold it against akshu as akshu is the best secret holder.
