I have also thought about it, but I guess from Karan's side she will be sure he is too khadoos to give anyone's affections a chance but we can get a jealous Monami when she sees someone trying to flirt with Karan, and him being completely oblivious so just trying to be polite & courteous with the lady, maybe a senior officer's sister, wherein out of respect for the officer he politely obliges to the lady's request for dance, conversation etc.
