i know right. there are some shows and movies that still take up these issues though, specially ayushman khurana's movies take social issues in a nice way and bring it in mainstream movies 👍🏼

i thought they'll replace the ML (ie the same character but diff actor) but if he's dead then thye might intorduce a new character altogether. there was another guy from a zee show already, not sure about his role here but he'll probably be the new official ML
