My sister’s son suddenly lost his father/ my brother in law couple of years back. He was also in 12 grade that year but he did so well that in the nation wide medical entrance exams he ranked ~ 500 out of 1.5 million students and got admitted in medical school in first round in all India quota in a general category. His rank in general category was #2 in his state and in 12th grade exam he got 100/100 in English language. CBSE uploaded his answer sheet on website.
We still wonder how he managed to get that high after what he went through specially after his father’s death my sisters in laws started troubling her his grand father, paternal aunt and uncle. We have no idea how he did it. We think ifbsituation would be normal he probably had come in top 10 nation wide. Anyways he is now in 2 nd year of his MBBS.
so bottom line yes that is very well possible and is realistic.
I hate crying as well so always FF today too I fwd the burning hand on diya
