Price and content both are factors. India mein majority of their subs use Netflix to watch international content whereas in other countries they watch both their and foreign content. To attract more people Netflix India will have to bring various genre shows (Fictions not constant reality shows) that focusses on youths, urbans as well.as rurals. Sirf ek genre aur ek mass category pe dhyaan dene se subs increase nahi honge.

That means they are realizing where they went wrong. Ye realization honi bohot important hai. They are simply wasting money in content that are terribly ignorant and neglible for "their" audience. In US their home country how they treat their audience and here how they treat our audience. There's a vast difference in taste of two countries but still we prefer watching their shows / movies and not ours. That is because there presentation is "tasteful" and "classy" unlike us. Their scripts have more matter. You see Netflix SK is doing so well because they had understood what Korean taste is like. Netflix India dont understand that which they need do.

DPHS ek alag platform hai. DPHS ke saath Star network ka saath which is India's biggest Tv network jis wajah se unke subs itne zyaada high hai.
