I don't think Lilies are Ram's favorite. He likes roses more than Lilies. It's only because of Vedhika he's grown to like them. Would CVS clear this assumption I wonder.

I think they would in their confessions segment when Ram will buy roses for Priya or when Priya gets to know about vedika being his ex. Could be one of these.
