I hate say this but kairav was the only one that noticed. Like they weren't even bothered until he pointed it out. It really makes me sad and angry at the same time.

Yes his gadbad is mostly concern for akshu. Even when he saw aarohi his heart went for akshu their. So once he sees them together he will take his steps towards them.
