The way Suhani was looking at Ranveer the whole time from the car, like it's more and more obvious that Ranveer has taken a place in her heart. She just has yet to realize it, and then understand that she can have both him and make her dream of becoming a doctor come true, but that I'm sure will come with time.
Poor Rakesh thinking like most parents do, but please, be more optimistic. And if you lose your job, that's even more of a reason why Suhani has to fulfill her dreams of becoming a doctor.
