MR law is needed. Kai log to ye bhi kehte h ki POCSO is misused by parents to usko bhi hata do taaki nonces ko free pass mil jaaye, rape laws bhi hata disgsting. I won't deny many people do misuse laws nd it has ruined lives(and those people who fake serious things like rape should be given serious punishment) but that does not mean ki ham important laws hi hata de. It needs to be law nd order's responsibility to make sure allegations are right nd the person gets justice. Some of them even say ki teens having sex with adults should not be criminalized nd age of consent should be reduced if it's consensual as if teens can consent to adults 🙄🙄🙄🙄. I even remember pearl v puri k case of time p(i never considered him guilty tbh as kuchh prove nhi hua but i wanted a proper investigation atleast) but some of the people were literally blaming the 7 y/o lil girl like wtf!!!!
