Maybe Vedika, Ram, Shashi, Adi, Kunal, Vick are of same age. So they maybe in relationship for a few years. By 20-22 maybe Shashi had Ram’s father killed and Ram had to start from scratch. So Vedika decided Shashi was a better catch. So if they married at 25, it at least 13 years of marriage!! And they call Priya old!?! Now I have confused myself🤣

Well I think in the beginning of the show ram or vedika someone said that she married shashi 10 years ago.

So maybe shashi, adi , vikrant , Kunal and ram were seniors and brinda & vedika were juniors. So she dated ram for 7-8 years and when Ram's dad died and he struggled through business she left him to marry shashi. That way it will make sense why Ram never saw vedika's true nature he must have categorised it as bachpana of her as she is younger than him.
