Lovely OS. Chit is most appropriate as during their college days they would have done this . Those days.... in a class room .... during their exam.... as they didn'n know answers to many questions, they spent happy time in "Passing the Chits".

And Wow !!! NOW the chit exchange during an offical meeting as the meeting was so boring....

And the minutes of the meeting included a statement thanking the two partners who were keenly participating in the meeting... and exchanging strategic notes on each discussion point and further action required on the same.
