May be I did wrong calculation but it is expensive 😆

After buying a land for 10 lakh U need to construct too 🤣 and one can make 2 small bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with a sma hall

It's not in metro area... It's like for a semi urban region

But in inr 10 lkah ka ghar is very cheap. Very very cheap. In usd its crazy steep.

Let me give u range. Bangalore me ek 2 bhk starting price is 60-70 lakh. Usme b if u go to good posh areas ya townships they easily reach 90 lakh. Now 2 bhk on a standard will be around 1500 sqft.
