The statement itself shows the insensitivity and the blatant lie and most importantly the motive.
Why would you even ask an unwell person if they can celebrate in his/her absence? That in itself is so mean. Which means its only a formality because you want to celebrate and use someone else’s name to convince audience? Novice idea i must say! And why and how will a person say please don’t celebrate without me? If people really cared would they not just take the stand to postpone the celebration? Why the hurry? Is it that important?
This is again a PR strategy to rile up people. Any publicity is good publicity. People should talk about it, whether positive or negative doesn’t matter. Staying in news, being talked about is the vital point! How people are willing to do anything, stoop down to any levels in the name of fame and publicity is beyond me. They knew either there would be no trend or limited to one or 2 actors. So they did this. Ideally they should have been ignored. And they shouldn’t have been given any hype with the viewers lying low on this day with zero to no activity giving zero buzz. That would have been the best answer. But! They know just know how to instigate🤦♀️
To cater to someone’s desperation to let them capitalise on the opportunity and steal the thunder. Which till now despite all attempts have been futile.
I don’t know if I’m placing the indirect hint of the “Karma” quote correctly. But it just looks like this is what it was directed at. If it was, then it’s just pathetic and inhuman. And if one believes in that, then they should know that Karma has no favourites or biases. So no one is spared!!
