I think after you watch a video from the same device repeatedly YT views don't increase because they know you are trying to inflate the view count. That is why you should always use different devices to watch the content. Then views will get counted.

Someone anyone please PM me what happened. I will be forever thinking on what might have happened so please be meherbaan on me.
