By the way ye FMS hospital ki success rate kitni ghatiya hogi yaar. Jo bhi aata hai usse koi bhayanak bimari hoti hai and ultimately apni puri ram kahaani sunake the person dies. Mai toh apne relatives ko FMS jaise hospital mein le jaane ka soch bhi nahi sakti. 🤣🤣🤣

Agar show ko realistic dikhaana hai to isme cheerful moments hi hi nahi sakte hai. We don't see cheerful things in hospital right. I guess this is to show people what hospital actually looks like aur andar kya kya hota hai unlike what other serials shows. I think by a person dying the makers want to show that like in TV shows a person can't be alive as per script. I somewhere guessed that you will give up on the show some day kyunki jo tu chaahti hai tujhe shaayad nahi milega.

Becoz it has a complicated pyschological plot of ML and his inner crazy personality who is an imaginary.Maybe some people expected K to be an real character but he turns out to be the inner crazy personality of the ML 😗
