Meet Ahlawat's reaction

Meet Ahlawat had started trusting Meet and they were becoming friends.

But just from the far off view and without listening to Meet's side of the story Meet Ahlawat bursted on her.

He never even listened her side of story and is still persistent over proving her a thief and "shahbad ki gundi".

He became so cold and insulting her whenever he see her seems too much to me.

Do you think Meet Ahlawat's reaction is over the top and any other person in his place would have given Meet a chance to explain?

I do think its a bit OTT since he's too keen on not listening to her side of the story. What Manushi did was crap & the feeling is heart-breaking when the person you chose to marry and she did too (her intents are involved but she went along the rituals throughout the courtship period) even after Meet (FL) arranged for a F2F meet to get to meet the guy, when she left the altar without informing others only for Meet to take her place. Now, the guy is just going off-tangent IMO in terms of his outburst.

I'm seeing posts as to how male leads should be allowed to cry and express their dismay through outbursts and whatnot. I'm okay with those scenes (whether it's for female lead or the male lead, at the end of the day, both are humans), but it shouldn't be constantly berating her unnecessarily, man. She's trying to keep her tolerance and tried to explain but the ML is just going off tangent now.

I personally found Anubha and Daadi caring (thus bit manipulative) for their reputation and Meet got carried away. The Daadi got whitewashed so easily when it came in time of crisis.

His reaction is a bit OTT no one is denying that. He had trusted Kunal without listening to Meet but somewhere he did feel something was wrong that is why he didn't let Kunal file a complaint against her. He was also shown to be thoughtful in the scenes after that.

Regarding him accusing Meet now - Ahlawat thinks Manushi ran away because she loved someone else. For him she was not a bad person so he is ok with it. But Meet Ahlawat thinks Meet Hooda is a bad person on top of that he is being asked to marry her. A girl completely opposite to what he had imagined for his life partner. He is literally being forced right now to marry and he has no other option so he is taking it all out on Meet Hooda as right now that is the only one person on whom he can. He desperately trying to find a way out and he is acting out.

It is right ?? No

Will he regret it later on ?? Yes

Also I think the makers are making him deliberately do a bit more so that they show Meet Hooda as strong and how nicely she can fight back.

I have a clear view:

Going to be honest and upfront, Ahlawat's temper rise and accusations made me a little mad today. Hope there is a proper apology in the pipeline when he realises what he has said is absolutely ruthless

If he did not have any bad claims/words for Manushi, maybe he should have thought better than to say something like that to his Hathodi Dulhan. But then he also was not in the right frame of mind. Maybe if we see Meetu ever get angry at the hypocrisy of her maaykewalas and sets them right, she might also get enraged and say things she does not really mean. Human tendency, really. Both leads are allowed to exhibit human traits per situation.

Let us wait and watch. Meet H's nature will help to clear off the misunderstanding and given the way Meet A's character was initially built, he will hopefully repent enough for us to be satisfied later.

when I read this, I still feel that Daadi can flip anytime… even after Manushi’s horrible behavior after her wedding with Parth/Kunal.., and Daadi being daadi will forgive her in a jiffy… I can be wrong though…

I am with you on this. When Manushi comes back crying Kunal ditched me blah blah 😑 😕 daadi will probably the first one to welcome her with heart and arms. Anubha will stop But daadi being daadi will let her in. Yeah she may not misbehave with meety, but still no guarantee

I feel that too… but Anubha is going to support this time as otherwise Manushi will be in Ahlawat house which none of them want… how Manushi will manage to be in Ahlawat house when Anubha and daadi are ready to take her back is something I want to know..
