Just because Salman asked them to talk, Teja Devi ya Shamita Devi both were being cordial

but point is they could never become good friends because Karan and Shamita angle was always running in parallel and it was not started by Teja, and these 2 never directly spoke to each other else maybe would have been cordial all season if not good friends
