Also regarding SidSa I guess since they are giving almost same dialogues to Sanj, maybe thats why it doesn't look convincing

I mean she is stuck on 'hum jahan se aate hai' 'parivaar ki izzat' 'ladkiyon ko ye sab allowed na hai' etc., Koel ke case mein it was convincing because we saw Abhay in action & also it was fast-paced

Yahan thoda dragging lag raha hai, they could have shown more flashbacks of her village life, thankfully Maa-Bapu & Ammaji ko le aaye time se else interest lose ho jata

Amma Baapu ka scene was kinda sad. Aise maa baap ke liye sab kuch sacrifice karna is not worth it.

Mera gaav main bhi aisa hi scene hain mard khaane ka baad apni plate tak nahi uthate 😠 meri bhabhi bichari kitna baar khaate khaate uthti hain to give my cousin's a glass of water jo woh khud bhi le sakta hain.

Haad sa zyaada dabate hain ladkiyo ko meri cousin ki pichla saal bina uski raaza mandi ka ek nalayak insaan sa shaadi kar va di.

Mera ek cousin na khudhko ko jaala bhi diya cause her parents mentally tortured her for being a girl and not a ghar ka chirag.🥺

Thank god mera ghar main aisa naa hain my mom, my uncle's and my grandparents are extremely open minded and progressive especially my younger uncle , my mom and my grandma .

ughh that's like the reality of life. Sexism, misogyny is just one of the many many hierarchies which plague our society.

Funnily enough all the oppressors who claim superiority because they are higher in the hierarchy, just prove how weak they are. Strong people don't need to oppress, hurt others.

For ex. Some men really act proud that they haven't ever cooked or even taken a glass of water....like is that really impressive that you lack one of the basic skills? If your masculinity is threatened by something as simple as cooking, taking a glass of water... then you were not a man to begin with.

My real family that's mom , grandparents and my uncle's by mom's real brothers and my aunt's are super open minded and they aren't misogynist my grandpa a little bit at times but none other .

It was shocking for me cause mera ghar main saare mard khud ka kaam khud karte hain ,khaana banate hain and nobody has this mentality but gaav main bohot bhuri haalat hain.
