Yeah. I didn’t mind the episode. It didn’t dwell too much on the unnecessary drama. Like even when Imlie went to the T’s, her encounter with a Aditya was quick and to the point. Sundar and Arpita provided a bit of lightheartedness. It didn’t seem to drag in any way.

I don’t think it was Imlie swinging back and forth today. Even when she was talking to her mom she said that she can live without Aditya but it’s his family she’s concerned about. She wants him to be safe because his family needs him. His family echoed the same sentiments today. She repeated the same to Aryan. And I believe her.

Think about it. Someone you loved and cared for. Even if the relationship is no long on good footing, you wouldn’t want harm to come to that person. So as a human being, she wants him to be safe. She knows what danger he’s walking into.

I loved the conversation between her and Aryan. I love that they’re just honest and candid with each other. And that’s why I believe Imlie when she said she didn’t go here for love. She wouldn’t lie to Aryan, theirs isn’t a relationship like that.

His concern and care for her is so genuine. When he said to her that she gave Aditya everything and what did she get in return for her love? The respect he had on his face/in his eyes for her as she walked away.. uff. This is a man that sees this woman, he understands the value of her love, and I cannot wait to see how differently he’ll cherish is.

Oh gosh. I totally forgot about that part. I guess I was just seeing all the possibilities today that I missed things like that. But also, I do think I interpret it as her having faith that the man knows how to do a good job. Remember she respects his work. (Although I’ve yet to see any evidence of him being any sort of a decent journalist).

@bold: wasn't that the highlight today.... What I'm feeling that they are using imlie's feelings for adi to slowly build Aryans feeling.... He'll be at the point that how would it be if this woman loved me.... Her love is worth dying for kind of!

But their relationship whatever it is upto this point is so precious as well... Like no games straight forward honesty ❤️

I also think that Imlie will have to be like "taken" again. She's experiencing that love right, where you grow up believing there will just be one, and you're so young so you have such a hard time letting go. Because you think that its "success" is dependent on it lasting forever. More than her love for Aditya, it's her beliefs being challenged.

It's going to take a lot. I do think though too that it's possible she's just feeling for Aditya as a human being in today's episode. I'll see, I've only caught updates and haven't seen it myself. There's going to be a lot of that,

On the second bold - I feel like the success of this show is also its curse. Because they have to maintain that plot driven drama. Who has time to allow two people to fall in love right? That's why I think they're hitting the symbolism so hard. Hopefully their love story is explored properly and doesn't just abruptly take a turn to marriage without proper build up. It should feel good right. I'm not interested in watching them be married either to be honest. I feel like this is much more angsty 😂. Plus as soon as couples get together itv must tear them apart. So let the journey rule instead right

I agree. Once she has some maturity and clarity she’ll see the “love” she had for Aditya for what it is. She can’t separate her feelings for him from her beliefs which is what makes this more complicated. And to get there takes time, opportunity to move on and grow to learn, needs time.

It’s ITV, they can’t give her that time and space. That’s not what most viewed want. Viewers want a love story.

I totally read her concern today for Adi as concern for a human being.

In a perfect world, they would start slowly moving towards more closeness between Arylie and that love story. But taking time, building the friendship and trust, putting them in situations they have to get through together, having them fall in love slowly. Cause you’re right. In ITV once the couple falls in love/are together it’s just kind of downhill from there.

Although, if they continue with the Arylie story being different, I do believe that whatever happens will not be a repeat of the past. It will be different.
