he was smart enough to find such roles , unlike shahrukh in today time , i guess more or less srk is in same age as amitabh was in during 2000 i think so

Secondly, I find AB's performance in Paa highly over-rated. The prosthetics carried that performance. Aamir was better in 3 Idiots that year. Not to take anything away from Amitabh_ji. He is an exceptional performer. I find his best work in the 2000s is: Black, Baghban, K3G.

i am waiting for srk to play amitabh's K3G role in 2023🥱 kehdeya na bas kehdeya ,,, but i guess amitabh bachan performance in Khakhe and Deewar is quite underrated and its one of the best

I never saw Black and I dont plan on ever watching it 😆

He was forced to find such roles, remember he went bankrupt. He had no choice but to switch to side character roles (for the most part) in movies where the younger stars shine.

SRK and Salman aren't in that position & have tons of money, they will at least still play only leads this decade. No way will SRK play Ranveer's dad or some shit in a movie, thank god

He was amazing in Khakee. Also love him in K3G and Sarkar

no one accept shahrukh khan as a lead romantic hero now , he has been churning flops with his imaginable younger self romancing girls half of his age , eventually money can not buy him a younger self now lol so in 2 or 3 years they will be forced to do a character role to get accepted

Zero and JHMS had shit scripts and no mass appeal, it didn't have to do anything with him doing romance. I mean Fan flopped as well and it had no romance whatsoever so that argument seems weak.

Either way he is going the masala route again which is smarter (look at the success of movies like simmba and sooryavanshi) and despite the hate Chennai Express and HNY get they were Blockbuster/Superhit and Dilwale would have done well too if it wasn't for his intolerance comments + clash.

SRK and most of his fans like me don't want him to suddenly do side character roles like Amitabh, that would suck
