By the time I started watching and came here though I was sure where this is heading

It’s also possible that they ran the course with the original story and went back to the drawing board. But it’s a huge gamble.

I think they left the door open for Aditya’s dissent from the beginning so that if the time ever came they could do it believably and put their own stamp on this remake.

Also is they remove Aditya by killing him off doing a heroic act, no thanks. This doesn’t feel like 4 Lions style though so I hope they don’t do this. It would be such a cheap cop out.
Imlie should be allowed a break up. The baggage would be more interesting to explore as well. Wait and watch I guess.

I don't think they are aiming for any heartbreaks over GM leaving. They clearly want all sympathy for AryLie, so no death for Aditya, imo.

They will phase out his character to the point where Malini remains the sole instigator/slūtshamer.

Should I write an OS series of these two being themselves every day?
