She is here to i irritate him. I think she will spread rumour in collage that they are a thing together and will keep popping up here and there around Fateh so Tejo gets disgusted and never warms up to Fateh.

She will also taunt Tejo that she is snatching away Fateh from her once again and start her blame game and emotional blackmail.
