Yaar don’t think like that. Makers are sadist. If Malini provokes Adi by showing Aryan Imlie closeness then he will come do that kaand also with Malini. I lost trust in makers. If they have to show Imlie moving on with Aryan, then they will make AKT stoop even low. Some lipstick mark will be there on him and Imlie will see that and will breakdown even more. Sorry What! What misunderstandings did he create? He didn't do anything intentionally. It's Aditya who created a fuss with his Air castle.

Yes, he is no one to give her a permission regarding her personal problems, but technically that was her work place and and her behavior was against The CSR ( Corporate Social Responsibility ) of business ethics. So by rule ASR can intervene. But even if it's not that, you must have noticed how she addresses him at office and at home. She changes her tune according to the convenience of the situation and Aryan is okay with it. So do you think, he is still "Just A Boss?" So the answer to your question is yes he can "let her decide" or may be permit her to go, bcoz it was about dealing with a personal issue at the work place!

Anyway deleting the message wasn't right on any level!
