Abhi he just told her his reasons for not ever falling in love so she understood that he may never allow love to be in his life. Toh woh thoda different ho jaaya hai phir bhi.

Maybe now he has realised that even if he never allowed himself to, still he has fallen for her, so he wants to tell her (will have to see in episode what role Faizi & the accident plays)

But as per my understanding, he wants to share it with her, he misses her, longs for her or is by now so used to sharing with her everything that he wants to relieve her, of the pain of rejecting her, wants to tell her that he too feels the same way & then maybe they can figure out a way together as in what to do now, how to handle all these feelings.

I hope they show more of Karan's thought process behind realisation.

He is a very complex character and bahut sochna padta hai about his actions .
