I don't think it's Akshu. I think MANISH got suspicious today only. He could easily investigate. All he needs to do is ask a pandit and they were standing in the mandir.

Harsh will blame Akshu though and the Abhi will defend her and then get upset with her for hiding the truth.

The he will later find out the fire truth and the get more upset at Akshu wondering what else is she hiding?
