Fateh is a lot of things but he's not a criminal. U remember my 5.5 inch heels were always aimed at him and how he triggered all of us. But there's absolutely no comparison with J. Iska kuch alag hi level hai. Purely psychotic and delusional. There are vamps we love to hate and then there's Miss moga sundari. Y makers have to show her this way no clue. It really leaves a bad taste when it comes to sibling bond. Fateh on the other hand hurt everyone his family sandhu clan his bachpan ka dost and most of all tejo his best friend. Driven by blind obsession on some level he always wanted to c Ts qualities in J. And he really believed J loved him and and for that he lost everything. Atleast now he's willing to pay for his sins. Will repeat this is not redemption or whitewash. A rare occurrence in ITV wat they are showing the ML ka actual prayschit. Haven't seen that much in ITV since ekta mayya took over. ML doesn't have to be holier than thou. He can be a regular flawed guy. And for showing that makers deserve credit. Bakwas show main they managed to get one thing right atleast. Duration of this track may depend on trp at the end of day can't help it.
In my life I've noticed one thing, if you think that you're always right morally then 99.9% chances are, that you're just delusional person who thinks they're right and don't introspect. It goes for everyone who acts holier than thou.
Even in the show, almost every character is flawed. Jasmine was his high and people do horrible stuff when they're addicted to something. Doesn't mean they can't clean up. Kuch logon ka bass chale toh har baat par capital punishment, rehabilitation/Reformation naam ki cheez se tauba karle.
There's a reason cheaters don't get jail/ death, but rapists and murderers do. Jasmine was one, and fateh is other.
Remember how much we hated F and while we knew fatejo are endgame we just thought that he'll cry and go back to tejo as an option q, and that'd be just insulting.
Idk if there's been this kinda arc in itv. He's flawed, but he took complete responsibility, held himself accountable and is not doing something just to get the girl back. He's doing all this because he knows how low he stooped and he's improving himself as a person.
Some of the most memorable characters I like arw deeply flawed, that's what makes them amazing. I had never thought that I'd cheer for someone as bratty as sansa stark, but by the end, I was screaming yesss queen. F##k jaime Lannister, literally sisterf##ker, who pushed out a child to kill him... They're all such brilliant characters. Par yahan toh either there'll be sati savitri characters or champa chudail.
