Most of the contracts in ITV are only on yearly basis, one never knows whether show would even make it to an year. Contracts are up for renewal after an year, if a show is a big hit - actors negotiate the contract, seeking a pay hike or ask for more off-days - if the pay demand is not met, so that they could take some short term projects like music videos or similar.
On all of this only the main characters get the big fat pay cheque(especially FL & ML, FL's are more in demand on ITV than ML's), the blue collar workers hardly see any change in their wages - compared to the actors.

If vlogs are the reason then she could've been warned.. If contract ended I believe she is looking for new opportunities.. However I used to find her classy.. Changing face of a character ruins viewing experience 🤢..Most of the supportive characters in Ghum have no character arc.. So actors are bound to be disappointed..
They lost Adish due to this.. There will be an entire track which is dedicated to Shivani.. But the new one looks calmer..
If bringing little neice allowed on set then her vlogs should not be an issue.. Every single crew member was kissing and did hugging that little one.. Are they NOT abide by covid protocols..
