Actually what happened was lotus cooked payasam and served to few selected ones like pri,raju and ciby.

Akshara is seen going to the kitchen and taking it herself,lotus didnt serve her.

So i guess if pavni needed it she could have taken it herself

But again the comfort level matters like namma amma samaicha we without hesitating go and have as much payasam we like ourselves but when we are in some random relative aunty's house we wait for her to serve and dont go ourselves and have it

Same applies here lotus is close to aksh so she didnt feel hesitant to go and serve herself but pavni and lotus are having a tiff and not comfortable with each other so she didnt go and serve herself.

I cant bring myself to say that lotus is absolutely wrong but yeah to an extent maybe

I don't understand lotus.. after the coin matter i have seen her talk normal with Pavni... but since KP last weekend she's acting like pavni did something bad to her... un yesterday's when raju asked her why she didn't give payasam to pavni she said, pidikala so kudukala...
