Well putting aside DP’s annoying antics and attention seeking stunts, I do hope she goes with Ranveer. I mean they are all cordial now and I had been dying since ages to see the two ladies warm up to each other and be buddies. Praying that DP stops her weird ass behaviours and for once just be friends with Kat and just hang out and be buddies.

Never heard kat holding grudge against someone. What is there to invite to a wedding? Shake hands, smile, move on to next guest.

I also happen to dislike pile-ons. So I respond in silly threads about her.

Katrina is in fact shrewder than Deepika I would say. She knew exactly how to play her cards to get ahead in Bollywood. The lack of pettiness is probably a function of her knowing what is good for her. Like keeping quiet about Salman's abuse was good for her. Like chummying up to Alia is good for her.

DP may be invited and even attend..

I wonder if ex n ex best friend would be invited..that would be very much awkward

Everyone is invited to receptions. Nobody is left out because it's not really treated like a personal event. It's a basically a networking event to keep up relations with the industry and to make and maintain connections.

I remember Anushka's reception had the most random people like Ibrahim Ali Khan who the couple barely know. Ranveer and Deepika had invited people like Katrina who the bride hasn't had a great relationship with.

If people are in town and not working, then most of them do attend even if it's just for a few minutes.

They even throw a reception for the media to suck up to everyone who does their PR. It helps a lot to keep them happy and feeding them and making them feel important goes a long way.
