Some of her teja's insecurities and jealousy comes from the fact about whatever karan said to her. If you notice shamitha and tejasswi were good when she moved inside the house from jungle, I don't know if they aired or what shamitha and tejasswi were literally bonded so well, shamitha gifted teja even one of the clothes as diwali gift which they were twinning once together. The captaincy task actually made tejasswi dislike shamita when Shamitha took her out, karan went behind tejasswi to pacify her, tejasswi thought channel wants a traingle from her, karan and shamita and literally screamed at karan she will not encourage it. In one of the wkw, she came to know karan goes behind her back and talks to shamitha about her which made her more angry. From there it started. Karan even teases her sometimes using Shamitha's name.

Tejasswi did share a good bond with vidhi, she keeps wishing vidhi comes as wildcard or when rashmi came, she even asked her how is vidhi outside. Vidhi even supports her sometimes in her ivs.
