It will be definitely BhabiMa who will sacrifice her treatment for sure. Though they won't tell her at the party that the loan needs to be repaid with interest. When Gautam gets a call from the manager saying he needs to pay the money right the same day else there will be a FIR filed against the brothers as all 4 of them have signed the papers. Gautam, I am sure will convey it to the others and at the end moment BhabiMa will figure it out and repay the loan.

The show name is Pandya Store and they cannot let Janu and Motiben take the store away easily from the Pandya brothers. Already Gautam got it back 10 years ago from the lenders because of Mami and now Motiben has put them in the same position. That time it was 25 L and now it's 15 L. That time Dhara helped him to save the store and this time again Dhara will be the savior.
