When he will say her to move on and that she has feelings for Anuj, this will make her think deep.

In real life hume push chahiye hota hai.

I agree Anu's love for Anuj is still not clear for Anu but she has feelings for Anuj. She feels something for him . His presence effects her, She will not understand now but with time she will understand this that she has some twisted relationship with Anuj ☺️
