I have said this many times in Mf too . Neil and Ayesha have immense respect for each other as an individual and for their craft . They are perfect example of how professional actors are . In the age of SM , where fake flirting , fake shipping feels and fake friendship are preferred these two might look odd but the truth is they are how the professionals should be . They do their job, support each other and help each other to grow but they have their own life post that . They might have less in common outside work hence they might not be best of friends but they give 💯 to their job and motivate each other to bring out the best .

To all Sai/Ayesha overprotective stans on SM , if not anything they need to trust Ayesha and her words . She doesn’t need to praise Neil or her equation with him if it’s not true . She can very well stay silent or refuse to answer but the fact that she speaks so highly of him shows how Neil treats her . People forget that it was Neil who made her comfortable on the launch party by pulling her in for a dance though he could have danced away to glory with his real life partner . He left Aish to dance with Ayesha . It was his way of making her included . Today he is blamed for something people have assumed that he keeps Ayesha away from his group . Such a sad star of affair

Yes, it is so sad. I never expected there'll be differences in opinion between Virat and Sai fans. A certain section of people have become full of hatred and want to spread poison through their words and actions. They simply want to create unnecessary drama by commenting nonsense.

Ayesha and Neil share the same bond like that of a mentor and his truly worthy Sishya. We can feel the respect she has when she talks about him and not everyone bothers to understand.

Like you said she always looks at him for approval when she talks and his nod gives her assurance that she is right in her expression.

I don’t agree that they both are not friends outside their set. It may not be the way others who claim to be friends but definitely there is that special bond which we feel if we observe carefully.

Kajol said she knew how SRK will do the scene beforehand. Ayesha said the same.

Ayesha laughs when Neil comes closer Kajol used to do the same with SRK.

Even today we wait to see SRKAJOL together. I didn’t find any other couple as magical as them except Neilsha .

After doing innumerable scenes together they develop such instinct based understanding where they complement each other without any effort and with ease. That ease shows on screen.

Why did their Padwa scene look electrifying? Their chemistry speaks through every part of their body and soul. We are lucky to watch them sizzle on screen.

You're 100% correct. We can feel the magic in every scene. Be it angst, flirting or an intimate scene they give their 100% and it's evident on screen. Don't know what more these people want?

His intentions are right and for the sake of humanity he wants to help a pregnant women but at the same time hiding from his family , seniors must be killing him .

I am more convinced that it’s not Virat’s plan . He is being trapped by Sada and maybe Shruthi too . Do you think Virat could use a pregnant lady to fulfill his mission . I doubt he would unless he knows she is not pregnant . It’s gonna go KD way .

It’s sad to see Sai so happy and excited because we know what will happen in future. I hope Shruthi’s truth is revealed soon so the feeling of getting betrayed will be less . I feel Sai would understand the situation if she comes to know the complete truth in the future . I hope Vankar uses this track to show Sai’s trust on Virat but knowing about ITV I doubt he would let go off of the opportunity to show court drama . Court dramm are TrP fetchers so we need to be prepared to see the worst

I would never forgive Vankar if he shows Virat as a traitor . He better address that issue and can play with the infidelity track as he pleases

Even if it's not Virat's plan I hope Shruthi has come for revenge. And, Sai somehow gets to know the truth and she stands by him. And,if there's court room drama there will definitely be a seperation. God knows how long we'll have to wait for the confession.

A Mentee - Mentor Relationship of NeilSha...

Before I share my views, please keep in mind that it comes from personal experience so I am not generalizing it. I am an avid reader too so I kind of gathered this from reading certain scenarios of human behavior. This might not apply in general but I did see these dynamics in myself with my mentors and others that I know. The same dynamics I observe between Neil and Ayesha.

A mentee-mentor relationship, irrespective of gender will have a relationship where

1. Mentee actively learns from the mentor

2. Mentee looks upto the mentor

3. Mentee wants to be in his/her best behavior in front of mentor

4. Mentee looks for approval from mentor for their opinions and feels elated when mentor agrees with.

5. Mentee thinks mentor is the best person she/he found in their profession. So they are thankful always

6. For a mentee, their mentor knows the best. They cannot go wrong.

7. As a team when a mentee and mentor work together, their output is splendid.

8. They form a different level of comfort with each other, they trust each other deeply and share any professional issues with their mentor.

9. Mentor treats the mentee equally. they dont show that the other is a subordinate.

10. Mentee almost idoloizes the Mentor, and hence behaves 'distant' physically too. It is almost like I should not touch them more than needed. :) They put them on a pedestal.

See all these happened to me! And when Neil and Ayesha are seen in interviews and together, I notice this. Ayesha has a spark when he talks about Neil. I see her feeling lucky to have shared the screenspace with him. If you see their SBS interviews, she always looks for his nod when she says something (typical!). And Neil assures her everytime. :) The recent interview when she said she has so much respect and love for him that she would not put across her inputs in a way that leads to an argument.(typical!). You disagree but you do it politely. At the back of your mind, you know your mentor's judgement will have something more. Neil always encourages her in his interviews. He doesnt overly praise her (typical!) but he has genuine feelings for her success. There is an unsaid protective instinct that comes from their own personal equation that he helped her better the art.

10th point is very real! I hug every male colleague at my work place except for my mentor. :) I am very comfortable with him to discuss anything on the earth but that distance is the respect I give to him...it says in unspoken words that 'for now' he is beyond my reach. So I see the same with Ayesha and Neil offscreen. It comes from deep sense of respect that Ayesha is not 'close' to him as others. And the way she says she cant do away with 'Sir' next to his name resonates with her gratitude towards him, for teaching her something which we dont know. :)

Sorry for the long post. I feel they share a very genuine and special bond which is very endearing to see.

Amazing post and so true. Yes,they share a lovely bond which others can't see.

I would appreciate if Vankar for once changed Sai's outlook. From the beginning she has been shown to be doubting Virat, but I hope this time she stands by him otherwise the friendship track would be futile. Even if there's a courtroom drama she should be standing with Virat and not against him and tarnishing his image. And, then if there'll be no point of confession since the damage will be already done and there will be some sort of sour feelings between them. I too would not be able to forgive Vankar for Virat's disgrace.

I hope this is Virat's plan of trapping Shruthi since for him his duty is more important than anything else. So, even if he's using her for his country then I don't think there's anything wrong.

If we think wrt to storyline Sai trusting Virat makes sense . There needs to be some progression in their relationship. Earlier we have seen Sai doubt Virat and Pakhi’s relationship. If she does the same in front of others then what’s the point of them being friends or loving each other . Not just love trust is equally important in the any relationship. It’s time she trust him when she expects the same from him but when we think about TRPs , court drama with FL vs ML will grab more eyeballs . It would be the high point of this track . Will Vankar and channel let go off this for the quality storyline . My mind says no they will not miss this opportunity.

I don’t mind temporary separation as long as Virat is not humiliated and made to apologize for mistakes he never did . I am ok as long as Sai learns to say sorry and Virat realizes his mistake ( he always does so I know he won’t disappoint me like other characters) . I am ok if they build angst for the confession but butchering IPS Virat Chavan is not acceptable in anyway . Can’t a ML have brains in ITV . Why always FL need to be the savior ?

I am glad Ayesha is getting the recognition. I have noticed one thing . Whenever anyone praises/awards for Sai or Ayesha everyone is happy including Sairat and Virat stans but when Neil or Virat gets any of the above people throw tantrum . They call the awards rigged , abuse the PH for ignoring others and claim Neil is favored because of his friendship.
