Sathe is very active with patients. He puts his heart into that and he wants to go on toes with seniors. But I wonder if it was someone else he would have been this rude. Abhay is fully against Deepika's decision whereas she is rationally confirming Amputation hoga. Abhay suggested an alternative but she rejected saying the alternative can be used for dry gangrine but here the case is wet gangrine so nothing can be done.

Deepika knows ki what's good for patient but he is just being oversmart, emotional fool. He look like itv bahus who knows about everything and anything can be done by them.

Not misogynist. Due to his dad marrying an oppurtunist lady leaving his mom he carried the trauma, he hates only oppurtunists.

They don't have much time. Agar time par amputation nhi kiya to patient ki jaan ja sakti hai that's why she is going for amputation. Patient is only earner of the family isliye wo emotional ho raha hai but deepika says ki agar jaan hi nhi rahi to wo kaam ka kya fayda.
