I have a take on MA as well..

Meet Ahlawat and Meet Hooda are so much alike to each other… He is an obedient son and idolizes his parents.. so much that he wants to achieve something on his own… he wants to be like his father who grew from a small salesman to a business tycoon.. he wants a wife who is a split image of his mother… beauty with brains… even though Babita could easily sit at home but she still choose to work.. He is not a spoilt rich brat… He rejected girls which I am sure is not to do with beauty but he just could not see the “down to earth” quality he is looking for… Babita though has some faults but she is also not too money minded… Now he was portrayed as someone who was never involved with any girl let alone spare a second glance to her… then he met first Meet Hooda .. the girl got a spunk… she challenges him.. stands equal to him.. he was annoyed but at the same time something about her stuck with him.. that’s why he kept on imagining her everywhere… then he saw Manushi… who is beautiful no doubt.. he was smitten.. she wore a indian suit to a party which intrigued him.. then he heard the most beautiful voice he has ever heard and he fell in love with the voice… luckily his parents too hooked him up with the same girl… it was an easy decision to say yes to her… he met her … her family and she is the perfect girl he is looking for … Beauty.. down to earth and doesn’t look dumb also… then once the match got fixed.. they started their courtship.. she wanted him to do something special for her.. he first thought of buying diamonds but that was stolen .. then he took a chance and did a romantic proposal and she seemed happy and he was more convinced that this girl is simple and perfect fit for the family… on the other hand, the another girl, he became friends with her… he understood her but a misunderstanding that she is a goon who dupes people for money and he found her trust broken.. he was hurt ..and let go of his first friendship with any girl.. but he was happy that he is starting a new chapter of life with the love of his life Manushi.. so he decided to focus on that.. but as luck would have it .. she ran away.. why? he doesn’t know…. then he was forced to get married to the same girl he just resolved to hate forever… who is a con artist as per him..he got married because his father asked him to.. he also got to know how Manushi changed Kundali and everything…and Meet Hooda is her sister.. he refused to accept this new relationship but for his father still go through with it..he was angry.. he saw her getting humiliated for her appearance which was wrong but he is more concerned for his mother because his family is getting humiliated too.. over the period he realized that she is not a bad person.. but he is still hurt because she is sister to Manushi.. who has betrayed him.. he also got to know that Manushi was also not present during engagement and her sister covered up for her … he is again pissed.. his deep seated notion that she is a thief and money minded came to fore when he accused her of stealing his credit card which is also proven false.. every time he tries to pin his anger on her for something and every time he is proven wrong.. he saw her how selfless she is.. infact his father has told him that she is good hearted girl… he started caring for her but he still has something unresolved because of her sister…and when he thought he will try and get answers from her sister on the pretext of taking her for pagphere.. and she caught him.. he took out all his bottled up anger on her.. and left.. so far he has no feelings for her but a sense of comfort.. which was already there since beginning.. they bicker.. they argue but still not averse to each other.. then he was on the verge of dying and the only person he thought who could help him at that moment is her only.. because he has this trust which he himself was unaware of.. that no matter what she will turn up to save him..and she did… she saved him.. she took care of him…he woke up in a hospital but he has some memories how she struggled but saved him.. she kept on taking care of him.. it wasn’t required but she did.. she even helped him in fulfilling his mannat .. he was very much aware that he couldn’t have managed alone but didn’t ask for her help thinking she would not understand but she did.. she surprised him at every point..then she took blame for him.. so that his secret won’t be out..and this is where he has gotten used to her.. she became his friend…she is kind of an enigma for him… she is brave, she is quite similar to him… she values family and relationships..in some way she is his partner in crime.. a camaraderie is developed…he could rely on her.. he also wanted to do something for her as a friend..and he put up a surprise for her… he took a stand for her when she is again getting scolded for no reason…earlier he never took a stand due to his unresolved issues..but now he could see she is not at fault for all of that and that’s why he couldn’t understand why she is not around him to take care of him .. he questioned her.. and thought may be he did something due to which she is not talking to him.. and then she apologized… everything is good.. may be they can make this marriage work… then he got drunk.. his consciousness is swinging from present to past .. when he pulled her to dance.. he pulled MH.. then during dance he started imagining Manushi.. and then that I love you fiasco happened.. he is in and out of consciousness a couple of times.. and in that state therefore there was a confusion.. sometimes he imagined Manushi.. sometimes he could see MH…then when he got to know on gaining consciousness about what he did and what she did so that he doesn’t lose his dream project… the respect for her grew in his heart.. he felt guilty.. he decided that she doesn’t deserve all this … no matter he doesn’t love her at the moment.. but he does see her as a friend, as a partner and he could see her as a life partner too… so he decided to move on from that painful memory which is her sister.. and give their relationship a fair chance…and admitted the same to her

now in all this where does love come…honestly at this moment, he is not in love with her… he respects her, comfortable around her..he is fond of her.. and he is assure of the fact that she will be the best life partner.. as she respects his family and take care of everyone.. she is genuinely good at heart and will never leave him alone.. no matter what may come.. she will be there for him and will not let him fall.. there is a trust.. a sense of belonging.. companionship… and a teeny weeny attraction too.. subconsciously yes he may have fallen for her but on the surface level, its not visible… all I see is acceptance as a life partner and a true friend… with whom he could share his life…his extent of feelings are not shown and even he himself is not aware of it.. so yes he is not on the same page as MH because he has no reason to believe that he can lose Meet Hooda .. when that day or situation comes, lets see how he will react and what he will discover….

Actually I've major issue with the reason of him falling in love with Manushi...he met her,and than talked on phone for like 15 days,15 days ki courtship...its not possible to fall in love and that also deep but he did the way he acted under intoxication,I had to accept it that he did love Manushi with Shiddat as he said but than again out of understanding as even in arrange marriages people have this 2-3 months of period before marriage where they go out together and talk on phone but it just help them to know each other a little bit,they fall in love if ever they do after marriage but after some time.

I too wondered if MA could fall in love that deeply with manushi in 3 weeks max. It does seem odd. If they were dating for years it makes more sense.

Although a person being inlove with 2 people seems wrong from a moral point of view in cases like this it has to happen. MA was forced into a marriage without getting a time to get over the previous love. So it's quite normal for his feelings towards manushi to be decreasing while feelings for his wife to be growing. It's just a bad situation to be in. Thank god it's happening because otherwise MA will be in love with manushi for the rest of his life. 😆😆

By the way while MA may have attraction towards both of them I think he respects MH and not Manushi.

1. when MeetA got beaten by goons and have an NDE.. she thought she could lose him.. and first time called her his wife..

2. When Masoom blackmailed her with divorce papers, she was helpless and for a minute it was like if she agrees with Masoom, she could lose him… that’s why the bgm “tu jo nazro k samne kl hoga ni..”

3. This surprise visit, again she wasn’t aware what Masoom has planned but she was clear that all this was to separate her from Meet A .. and she was worried that what has masoom planned that she won’t be able to come back and if she succeeds then in turn she will lose Meet A …

so if you see even Meet A does not have any plan to leave her but she has experienced this situation thrice now… and that’s why Meet Hooda feelings are more visible… but Meet Ahlawat so far is totally unaware of all this and so sure that Meet Hooda will neither leave her nor there will be a situation where he will lose her …

he will get the shock of his life when he will be in such situation.. be it her NDE or Babita in shocking turn of events ask her to leave the house .. where he can’t do anything … then his inner feelings will come out.. for him and for audience as well..

But you said correct MeetH experienced this thought of loosing him many times but he didn't so it reflects in their demeanour.

Vahi hoga letter hi humein toh ILY Manushi ka bhi sense nahi laga tha par kya hua,aur namak mirch laga ke dikhaya inhone..toh letter vali MU bhi hogi...MeetA no doubt starting to trust MeetH but he still had doubts,still had unanswered questions and even this trust and friendship is very new and how much it feels out of the place but it is true that trust need many roadblocks to be permanenet initially its fragile and Manushi is definetely gping to take advantage of that fragile trust.

Becoz one thing is still and that is his image of Manushi he is angry on her as she left him in wedding altar but that doesn't really cross down that image of sundar susheel ladki which he made in his mind and now he doesn't have answers so he resort to blame her but when he will get letter he will get those answers and image of Manushi will restore and it is going to be messed up than and another reason is that when Rishi was not that into Barsha infact was more into Bokul still he believed her as he thought why would she lie about her younger sister but here MeetA is way more involved in Manushi than MeetH and its not going to end well and upar se if it will be accompanied by the truth of Manushi being in HH and MeetH knowing still kept quiet.
