I think we should all wait and watch, the friendship track has done wonders in showing Sai's progression. So lets hope there is a meaningful story weaving into a beautiful confession.

problem with us .. we have watched KD .. and we know what will happen .. as they have followed it quite methodically ..but if you see todays episode .. virat has only heard about Shruti last night .. yes he knows she’s a big part of his friends organisation.. but he is also driven down by guilt that he has killed his friend .. and made an unborn child an orphan .. Virat has been shown as an emotional guy .. . Rono was quite cold n aloof. So it is more believable.. that he went against the tide to save Shruti n the child .. virat is not an hardened army guy .. he has been in service for max 2-3 years now .. he will get jaded later on …. But as of today he has slipped and made a mistake

In either case, he is on duty so not thinking about anyone. Also he has to be absolutely mindful and vigilant now that people are behind them.
