I am gonna be honest here. This Sickand guy has good ideas and he is equally capable of implementing it well. But I guess this is where the ego factor comes in. Somewhere I felt that during mandar track criticism he was like how can these two characters I have created can be bigger than my show. The bashing from viewers too at that time was at highest. So he probably went in " I have created this lovingly , now let me destroy it brutally" mode.
And also the heavy politics was going on after sunny character entered in the show and the director affinity too for the third angle also contributed so much in destruction of show

He comes up with good concepts but he gives up too easily if things don't pan out as per his expectations. He also lacks vision to take a good concept forward & messes up everything in between. His ego can't handle criticism which is necessary in the learning process to grow further.
There was definitely international politics going on since kush's entry on the show. How I wish sikand had the courage to make a show with kush if he's so fond of him.
For some reason I think he had issues with both saishi. The way he promoted Sunny and completely ignored the leads is strange. Also Saishi aren't the bootlicking types, they seem like hardworking, straight forward people. Industry main thodi bohot chaploosi zaroori hai survive karne ke liye.
