Havent watched BB13 so no idea.. I think failure of the torture task was majorly BB's creaative team's fault. If you put conditions like no liquid and a bunch of other stuff I dont remember right now, then you're restricting them to using very few things to torture.. the creative team has been very disappointing this year...the tasks are not interesting at all.. either that or there are no tasks at all..
