Your last sentence makes sense. I think this whole engagement sequence was shot twice and therefore too many loose ends. That’s why we see Krish double in hugging part. Also because it was too rushed Shiva puts engagement ring on Raavi’s right hand as opposed to left hand.

Initially maybe Raavi’s jump was going to be real who knows, last minute changes I guess and the makers decided to make it as a dream sequence.

Either way happy that the track has ended and finally the story can move forward.

Maybe suman taunting raavi and her maasi about their aukaat and how she could throw the ring like that. She asks her to get it and then raavi hurt is about to jump into the well, that's when shiva pushes her back and jumps instead.

Then all the dlgs of shiva, the dlgs of dharaa and the pyaar bhari nazrein of raavi towards shiva would have made sense.

Kantaa kakiii probably ran away the first chance she got far away ftom the kaandya family😂😂😂

When Suman ask shiva for ring before, raavi is standing between dhara and riahita on stage.

But whne shiva runs in the well, i think raavi is standing near suman.

When did raavi attempt to jump?

Either it's Really messed up logic or its messed up editing and some scene was missing in between.

Now I seriously think there must have been a dialogue by Suman ordering ravi to jump into the kua and bring back the ring..and since we all were already calling out the violence in the show since long, they edited it out..now shiva looks like he jumped for sumans maang..but the idiots didn't edit out dharas declaration that he did it to cover up for ravis mistake..Well I am sure if they had shown suman ordering ravi to jump into the kua, I would have claimed yet again to put the budhiya into jail..

It's high high high time they fire the writers /dialogue writers/editors whoever is responsible for the huge mess they created..they destroyed their best track in the worst possible way..
