Because one of the conditions for the engagement to happen from Disha's parents is that Raavi has to leave the house ASAP after the divorce.

Though she is not divorced which only Shiva and her know, Suman will not let her stay because she has promised to Disha's parents.

Today’s court scene, I liked Raavi’s point of view about 3rd angle. She said if just by looking at the “hot and handsome picture” Shiva got jealous, imagine how she felt going through when Shiva was with Disha. The only annoying thing about Raavi was that she had a funny way of showing how she felt about Disha to Shiva. If only she had to say this to Shiva when Disha first came, we as viewers wouldn’t have gone through Disha trauma 😭 and not hate Shiva that much 😆

Shiva can do why he likes because he is insecure so by not saying a direct NO for marriage to Disha was OK but no one even a picture can come in between Shivi.
