So they must have shot the granted stamp plus the scene where the Councillor says she can't give divorce..based on audience response they might be telecasting..and this stamp scene could just be a blooper by the famous blooper experts editors..

Or maybe it's a bloody dream sequence... One of them dreams the promo, then real flashback of the 6 months stay together counsellor sequence, then a Shivi showdown? Makes sense if I think with PS logic, and it makes sense that they wouldn't show a positive promo if they want to maintain the suspense since they don't depend on good writing to do it...
