yes they may not take it that seriously…

its like telling your insurance agent that you had a cough since last week while discussing t&c of insurance policy ….just as a conversation… since you guys are friendly… but still she will enquire fully about it before setting the limits and return of your premium…

so similarly… counselor should have questioned her back like

to Raavi : “did you catch him kissing another woman? “

to Shiva: “who is she? what relationship does she have with you? was it a friendly gesture?”

if Shiva told her that he is getting engaged to her post divorce… baat whi khatam ho jati and divorce grant b ho jata….
