What happened with Minal? Main offscreen issues se poora out of the loop hoon so I might have to catch up.
Basically the same as what Puruu said but it seems Minal had her own juvenille reasons for the sudden change in behaviour.
Because they used to have social media interactions, both used to follow each other and suddenly sab bandh.
Humara assumption ye tha ki Minal took up a bechari role after Jalan to clean her image. The entire team is also the same (director, producer) so it would work for her coz thye only must have suggested ki tumko Jalan ke baad ek normal positive role denge.
Ab usme the writer dumbed her character too much in the second half so the audience got frustrated. Dusra, Danish as Shahzaib only got all the tareef by fans. Minal was only mentioned or appreciated when it was about Shahzaib-Isra, not Isra alone.
Toh kahan Minal ne socha hoga ki uski hi baat hogi, but hui hi nahi. Like Deewangi, even in this show, it became all about the hero, irrespective of how problematic he is.
After this only I think something must have happened, some argument between the two. And they unfollowed each other.
Danish and Ayeza did not even attend Minal's wedding. I am sure they were invited coz the entire cast of Ishq Hai was, and Minal had worked with Ayeza also before. Now Ayeza and Danish were on vacation during the wedding (Dubai, Turkey). Maybe that also rubbed her off the wrong way.
