NZ qualified for the semi of WC'19 after beating small teams as compared to Pak who defeated both England and NZ in the group stage.. Both teams had equal points but NZ went through bcoz they had better NRR

Mera funda simple hai, I love it most when mere pasand ka team jeetta hai. If not, then I'm neutral. And I always appreciate a team that played well. I kept praising Pak during this tournament, pata nahi kitni gaaliya mili mummy se 🤣🤣

Both Indian & Pak politicians made it worse for us thanks to social media. In my house dad doesn't mind me whoever I support, mom never minded when she was around either. Both never watched cricket, I taught my mom cricket 😆

Pak were good but I liked England more than Pak, they were a total powerhouse in this WC. Pak looked patchy in some of the matches like vs Afghans. England looked good even in their defeat against South Africa, matches were more thrilling. Losing Jason Roy & Mills spoiled their chances in semis.

Apun is not an empassioned Indian rooting for Pak defeat but a newbie lover 😆- who wanted to see a new T20 WC winner, similar to 2019 WC - even though India lost it in semis but hated the end result of the finals.

oh sure I was talking about a new WC winner, all major other teams won WC - the only teams which didnt won WC in 50 ODI was NZ, Eng, Pak prior to last ODI WC. India was the team to beat in 2019 WC until they lost their screws thanks to waning Dhoni's hitting prowess in the last 2 matches - group stage final match v Eng & semis.

Tabhi you can openly support whoever you want. My family is a whole generation of cricket lovers, even my nani was passionately cursing the Indian team for losing to Pak. The rivalry runs strong in the family 🤣

Apun has praised Pak all through the tournament, and my mom tried to shush me at first, now she just stays quiet and pretends not to hear 😆 But she's very happy that Pak lost today 🤣

It's honestly funny, the India-Pak rivalry 😆 Ppl are so passionate about it 😆 But yeah, sport hai, haar jeet lagi rehti hai. It's nice when both parties take it sportingly. Jab baat ko zyada serious bana dete to accha nahi lagta 😐
